Juliet McCrudden, BS

Social Work Intern

Juliet McCrudden is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Denver, with a concentration in Advanced Social Work Practice and the goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Lifespan Development from the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated with Highest Honors and discovered her passion for supporting individuals and families through all stages of life.

Juliet’s professional experience spans integrated behavioral health, education, and career development. Working in a primary care setting, she supported clients through assessment, care coordination, and psycho-education, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote holistic wellbeing. Previously, she served in higher education, where she collaborated with partners to strengthen student success programs. Juliet also worked in an Elementary School, where she provided individualized support to students in the classroom setting.

Juliet believes that healing is rooted in connection, to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Juliet’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. At Sanare, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients navigate challenges and build emotional resilience. She believes that healing is deeply connected to relationship—and she brings that belief into every aspect of her work.

Outside of her clinical work, Juliet enjoys cooking, playing guitar, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
