These terms apply to your use of sanare-colorado.com (the "Website"), which is run by Sanare Psychosocial Rehabilitation ("Sanare," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Denver, Colorado. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. The Website is not medical advice
The Website shares general information about mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, and our services. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Reading the Website, filling out our contact form, or emailing us does not create a client or treatment relationship. That relationship begins only after intake, when you and Sanare agree to work together.
2. Emergencies
Do not use the Website or contact form in an emergency. Messages are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988, or call Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255.
3. Who may use the Website
The Website is meant for adults in the United States. If you are under 18, please use the Website with a parent or guardian.
4. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. Please do not:
Send false information or pretend to be someone else
Send spam, harassment, or threatening messages through the contact form
Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the Website
Copy large parts of the Website with bots or scrapers
Use the Website in any way that breaks the law or harms others
