Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

Sanare Psychosocial Rehabilitation ("Sanare," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sanare-colorado.com (the "Website"), how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at briana@sanare-colorado.com or call 303.476.1974.

This policy covers the Website only. If you become a client, your health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive at intake and which explains your rights under HIPAA and Colorado law.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect what you choose to share. On the contact form that is your name, phone number, email address, how you heard about us, a subject, and your message.

Please keep form messages brief. The contact form is not a secure medical channel. Share only what we need to reach you, and save the details of your health history or treatment for a conversation with our team.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location (city or region), the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This comes from cookies and similar tools described in Section 4.

Phone call information

We use a call tracking service that may show a unique phone number on the Website. When you call that number, the service records the date, time, length of the call, your phone number, and the page or source that led you to call. This helps us understand how people find us. We do not use it to record the content of your calls.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and schedule consultations

  • To follow up about services you asked about

  • To run, maintain, and improve the Website

  • To understand which pages and outreach are helpful to people looking for care

  • To keep the Website secure and prevent misuse

  • To meet legal, licensing, and professional obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our practice, and only as much as they need to do that work. These include:

  • Squarespace, which hosts the Website and processes contact form submissions

  • Our call tracking provider, which handles calls placed through numbers shown on the Website

  • Our email provider, which delivers messages between you and our team

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the practice. In that last case, this policy would continue to apply to your information.

4. Cookies and similar tools

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Website uses cookies set by Squarespace to make the site work and to give us basic visitor statistics. Our call tracking service also uses a cookie to connect a phone call with the page you visited.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work, though some features may not. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so the Website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and call records only as long as we need them to respond to you and run our practice, or as long as the law requires. If you become a client, your records are kept according to Colorado's rules for health records, which are covered in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website and limited access for our staff. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive health or financial details through the form or by regular email.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you from the Website

  • Correct information that is wrong

  • Delete your contact form submissions

  • Stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state law, such as the Colorado Privacy Act or California's privacy laws. To make any request, email briana@sanare-colorado.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

8. Children

The Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other sites

The Website links to other sites, such as our social media pages and articles that mention us. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

10. In a crisis

The Website and contact form are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone you know is in danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Website.
